Tasty Lebanese Arayes, so Easy, so Juicy

INGREDIENTS
3 small pita bread or English muffins, or any bread dough
3 eggs
1.3lb. ground meat of your choice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika, sweet or hot
2-3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2-3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
TO MAKE
Mix all spiced and herbs in a small bowl
Add eggs, mix well, add meat and mix well.
Slice the bread into two halves
Add meat mixture, divide it equally between the Two breads
Add meat to the bread dough
Cover the bread dough
Spray a wide pan with a little oil, transfer the Arayes to the pan
Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on meduim.
Turn the Arayes to the other side, cook for another 4 minutes, check the meat with thermometer to see if the meat reached 165F.
If not cooked, cover again and cook for another 2 minutes on each side.
Gently press on the Arayes, cook for one more minute.
Silce the English muffin, serve warm.
