Greek Chicken Gyros

INGREDIENTS

All ingredients can be ordered on my amazon shop except perishble items-

2 lb. chicken thighs

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tsp. lemon zest

2 Tbsp. fresh oregano

1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper

1 Tbsp. paprika, sweet or hot

1 tsp. thyme

1 tsp. corriander

1/2 tsp. chili flax

For Oregani Tahini

1/2 cup raw Tahini

1 Tbsp. fresh oregano

1 tsp. lemon zest

TO MAKE

Place all ingredients in a bowl

Brush all chicken pieces with the marinade.

Serve warm in a pita bread with Tahini.
