Shawarma of Chicken Breast Home Made

INGREDIENTS

All ingredients can be ordered on my amazon shop except perishble items-

2 large onions, yellow or purple

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

For the marinade-:

3 lb. chicken breast, cut to small pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tbsp. curry powder

1 Tbsp. chicken soup or beef powder

1 Tbsp. garam masala soice mix (see recipe in spice mix category)

1/4-1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

TO MAKE

Add all spices & olive oil to a bowl, mix well.

Mix all marinade ingredients.

Transfer chicken breast pieces to the marinade, let it sit in the refrigerate for one hour.

Add onions & oil to a wide pan, cook for 5 minutes

Add all marinade and chicken

Sear for 5-6 minutes only.

Serve warm with fresh salad.
