How to make Chicken Schnitzel Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. chicken thighs or chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 egg
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1- 3 tsp crushed pepper
2 tbsp mayonaise (I used vegan )
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
TO MAKE
Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds, set aside
Mix egg, mayonaise, salt and crushed pepper, set aside
Thinly cut chicken meat to make thin large slices
Dip one slice of meat in the egg mixture, shake off extra liquid
Cover schnitzel with bread crumbe mixture
Add about 1/4 cup vegetable oil to a pan, heat on low-250F
Cook chicken on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side
Transfer to a plate with paper towel.
Serve with a fresh salad
