Vanilla Pudding cheesecake Shavuot Dessert

INGREDIENTS
For the dough-:
1/2 lb. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5.5oz. cold butter
2-3 Tbsp. ice water
For the cheese filling-:
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet instant vanilla pudding
2.5-2.75lb. cream cheese
4oz. unsalted butter
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
For the strawberries topping-:
1 Tbsp. rose water.
20 strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
TO MAKE
Mix the cream cheese in a food processor to soften it, set it aside.
Shredd the butter as long as it is cold.
Mix all dough ingredients to form crumbs and divide to two halves.
Transfer one half of the crumbs to a baking pan and spread it on the base.
Add all cheese ingredients except the egg whites and sugar, mix well to a smooth batter.
Whip all egg whites with sugar to a stiff cream, fold into the cheese mixture.
Transfer to the baking pan, level the cheese before the baking.
Add the strawberries ingredients to a pan, cook 10 minutes to soften, cool completely.
Top the strawberries on the cake.
