INGREDIENTS

For the Passover dough-:

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding

1/3 cup corn starch (you can substitute with Tapioca, quinoa or rice flour)

1/3 cup sugar

4 eggs

For the filling-:

3 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding

3 Tbsp. coconut milk

8oz heavy cream (Rich or other plant base heavy cream).

For the chocolate -:

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil.

  • TO MAKE

Place all dough ingredients in a mixer, mix to a smooth batter.

Line up a baking pan with a parchment paper, transfer the batter to the pan.

Be very gentle when rolling the roulade with the parchment paper, make sure the seam is down to secure the roulade.

The roulade has to be completely cool.

Whip all the cream ingredients.

Gently open the cold roulade, transfer the filling cream all over the roulade.

Gently remove the parchment paper from the roulade.

Use two spatulas to help remove the roulade from the parchment paper.

Sprinkle powder sugar on the roulade.

Mix the chocolate for decoration.

Enjoy a slice of delicious roulade for Passover this year, and share with family and friends.

As always, with love, from my kitchen to yours

Enjoy 💕
