Tunisian Tasty Fish

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tsp. cayenne pepper or 1 Tbsp. crashed pepper

2 tsp. sweet paprika

2 tomatoes, crashed

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. ground caraway

1 Tbsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. salt

6 fillet of 6oz. each such as code.

1 lemon , sliced for decoration.

TO MAKE


Start by peeling off garlic, chop it to large pieces, cook for one minute to release flavore.

Add the 2 paprika, mix it in.

Add all other spices, cook for one minute to release flavore.

Add the tomatoe, mix well.

Cover the pan, cook on meduim for 20 minutes.

Add the fish fillet

Add 2 cups of water, cook for 10-15 minutes.

To thicken the sauce, cook uncovered for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve this fish dish warm & share with family and friends,
