INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mixed vinegar with apple cider vinegar
1+1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 avocado

How to make
Start by scooping pot the avocado.
Add all ingredients to the food processor, mix until smooth texture.
Transfer the avocado dip to a container and chill until ready to serve.
Mix the avocado dressing with any fresh salad.
