INGREDIENTS
21/4 cups cooked, soft garbanzo beans.
1-2 small Garlic cloves
1/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup raw Tahini
1/2 cup ice water
Fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. olive tapenade (see my recipe in the dips & spreads category)
2 Tbsp. Harissa (see my recipe in the dips & spreads category

How to make
Place Garbanzo beans in the food processor with all other ingredients, process on high speed for 5-7 minutes to get a smooth texture.
Taste and transfer to two separate plates.
Add the Harissa to one plate and the olive tapenade to the other plate, mix it well.
Drizzle each Hummus with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
Enjoy this dip with wedges of carrots, celery or cucumbers or crackers.
