Lentils Patties are as Tasty as Meat but Vegan

INGREDIENTS
1 cup lentils
2 carrots
1/2 onion, chopped.
1 potato, shredded.
1/2 cabbage, shredded.
2 zucchinis, shredded.
1 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper, paprika, cumin
1/4 tsp. turmeric
3 garlic cloves
6 Tbsp. garbanzo flour
1 Tbsp. chic seeds- soaked in 1 Tbsp. water for 5 minutes.
1/3 cup lemon juice

How to make
Place all ingredients except the onions, shred to a coarse texture.
Cook onions with a little vegetable oil to brown.
Mix cooked onions with all other ingredients to create a paste.
In the same oil scoop a batch of about 1/4 cup mixture and form as a flat patty, cook for 2-3 minutes to brown on each side.
Remove from pan and transfer to a lined-up paper bowl.
Serve warm, crispy with a fresh salad.
