Indian Potato Manchuria, what a Treat

INGREDIENTS 

2-3 potatoes

3-4 bell peppers, different colors

1 large purple onion

Batter spice mix-:

1/2 cup corn flour

1/2 tsp. paprika, sweet or hot

2-3 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

For the sauce-

1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. corn starch

1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced.

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

How to make

Peel of the potatoes skin, cut to cubes and cook in water for about 15-20 minutes, set aside.

Mix all batter ingredients to a large bowl, make sure there are no lumps.

Transfer the potatoes to a pan with vegetable oil, cook to fry a little

Turn to other side to brown, when all potatoes are cooked add the ingredients for the sauce, cook to thicken the sauce

Cut all peppers and onion.

Cook for a few minutes.

Add to the potatoes, cook for 10-15 minutes.
