Sweet Potato Tortilla

INGREDIENTS

For the dough-:

1 cup flour

1 large, sweet potato

TO MAKE


Peel off the sweet Potato & cut to cube.

Cook to soften the potato, about 20 minutes.

Remove the potato from the cooking batter

Mash the Potatoe.

Add the flour and knead to make a flexible dough

Divide the dough to 4 parts

Roll to open and flat the dough, heat up the dry pan to medium heat.

Cook for 1 -2 minutes on each side.
