Goat Cheese & Garlic Shavuot Challa

Garlic goat cheese challah bread.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough-:

1/4 cup cold press olive oil

3.5 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 Tbsp. dry yeast

2 Tbsp. sugar

11/4-1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup milk

3-4 garlic cloves

For the filling-:

1 1/2 cup goat cheese

TO MAKE

Add all the dough ingredients to a mixer and mix for 8-10 minutes, you will get a very flexible dough.

Add minced garlic, I use this great Garlic peeler, slicer and crusher, link in the ingredients.

Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 45-50 minutes.

Divide dough to 25 pieces and roll each piece to a ball.

Use your thumb to create a deep center in one dough ball, Add 1 Tbsp. of goat cheese to each dough ball.

Place each ball in the floured baking pan.

Brush each dough ball with egg

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or with everything bagel mixture.

Cover the pan & let rest in room temperature for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350F (180C) for 25 minutes
