INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup mixed vinegar with apple cider vinegar

1+1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 avocado

1 large Romain lettuce

1 large iceberg lettuce

cherry tomatoes- optional

pine nuts- optional.

TO MAKE


Scoop out avocado.

Add all ingredients to a food processor.

the avocado will turn the dip green.

Chop the lettuce and transfer to a large bowl, add cherry tomato, drizzle the avocado dip.
