INGREDIENTS
11/2-2lb. green beans, fresh or frozen
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
Juice of half lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 white pepper

TO MAKE
Use a wide pan or a deep pot & fill it up with water
When the water boils add all green beans, fresh or frozen, cook for 15 minutes.
When the green beans are cooked transfer to a colander & cool down.
Make the marinade- add lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper, mix well.
Refrigerate green beans until serving. This easy side dish can be served cold or hot.
