INGREDIENTS
😊All ingredients are Kosher and can be purchased on my Amazon Kosher shop except perishables items: -

1 package of puff pastry
11/2 cup Pecorino cheese, grated.
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 small cans of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1/4 cup chives, chopped.
1/2 cup parsley, chopped.
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 egg for brush
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

TO MAKE
add 2 Tbsp of butter or oil to a pan, cook the mushrooms for a few minutes.
Add Mushrooms to the cheese mixture, mix well.
divide the puff pastry package to 2 and spread half of the cheese mixture on each half of the dough.
use scissures to cut the sides of the dough as shown in the picture, now fold each piece of dough into the center of the dough to cover the cheese mixture.
Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
