INGREDIENTS

6 large garlic cloves, sliced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
5 chicken thighs
1/2 preserved lemon, sliced
1/2 tsp. dry ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp. white pepper
14 oz. GALIL Green olives, pitted & pickeled
Do not add salt! Taste the final thing before you add salt.
