Moroccan Chicken with Olives & Preserved lemons

INGREDIENTS

All ingredients can be ordered on my amazon shop except perishble items-

6 large garlic cloves, sliced

3 Tbsp. olive oil

5 chicken thighs

1/2 preserved lemon, sliced

1/2 tsp. dry ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp. white pepper

14 oz. GALIL Green olives, pitted & pickeled

Do not add salt! Taste the final thing before you add salt.

TO MAKE

Add oil & garlic to a wide pan

If you need to add more preserved lemon to your lemon jar, here is what you do-:

Slice a fresh lemonto 4 quarters but keep the ends intact
