Heavenly Tasted Brisket in a cookie bag? sooo Good

INGREDIENTS
For the Brisket-:
2 lb. beef brisket
5 garlic cloves, sliced.
1.5 lb. potatoes.
1 basket of Mini portabela mushrooms.
1 large onion, cubed.
For the sauce-;
1 Tbsp. mushroom soup powder
1 Tbsp. beef soup powder.
1/3 cup red wine.
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
1/2 Tbsp. sweet paprika.
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg.
8 seeds all spice.
4 bay leaves.
2 tsp. salt.
2 tsp. date syrup (silan, you can buy it on my amazon shop)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup olive oil
TO MAKE
Slice each mushroom to half, soak in hot water to wash.
Slice garlic cloves.
Add all spices to a bowl.
Add oil in a pot and sear the meat 2 minutes on each side. set aside to cool down.
Get the vegetables ready, I added one sweet potato.
Use a sharp knife to make 5-6 slits in the meat, insert garlic in each slits.
Line up a paking pan with a parchment paper and open the cookie bag wide.
Transfer all vegetables and meat into the cookie bag.
Add the wine, and the oil and pour over the meat and the vegetables.
Tie the bag and shake it gently to mix all the ingredients.
.Bake at 400F (200C) for 2.5 hour, no more.
Take the bag out of the oven and let it cool.
Open just before serving , drizzle with the sauce.
