How to make Moroccan meatballs Tagine

INGREDIENTS
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed (Garlic Bulb )
2 eggs (or shredded Zucchini or bread crumbs)
11/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
FOR THE EPIC MEATBALLS SAUCE
3-4 garlic cloves, minced (Garlic Bulb )
1/2 cup combination of -cilantro, parsley, mint
1 cup beef or chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
TO MAKE
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Take out and use an ice cream scoop to form meatballs.
You will get around 25 meatballs
Add olive oil to your Tagine or wide pot.
add minced garlic, cook for one minute.
Add cumin cook on low heat for another minute, mix constantly
Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, cook for 10 minutes.
Add meatballs, cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce and cook on simmer for 1-11/2 hours, covered
