Passover Fondant filled with peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp corn starch
3/4 cup sugar
10.5 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 cup almond flour
8-10 Tbsp. peanut butter
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
5oz. unsalted butter
TO MAKE
Melt the chocolate & butter in a double boiler filled with water or use a small pot and place it in a larger pot filled with water. let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs and egg yolks to a mixer, mix for one minute, add sugar, slowly add the cool chocolate, mix on low speed. Add almond flour, cornstarch mix two more minutes.
Use a nonstick oil spray to spray the cavities.
Add one tsp. of the chocolate mixture to each cavity, then add 1 tsp. of peanut butter then add 1-2 tsp. chocolate to cover the peanut butter.
Bake at 400F (200C) for 15-17 minutes.
Let it cool down before serving.
