Passover Truffles, so Delicious and Gluten Free

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup almonds
1 cup dry apricots
1+1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. rose water (can be ordered on my amazon shop- https://amazon.com/shop/sephardicflavors)
1 Tbsp. water
TO MAKE
Place all ingredients in a food processor, mix well to get coarse textured.
Use an ice cream scoop to create small balls.
You will get about 18-20 truffles.
Cover the truffles with cocoa powder.
Enjoy and share with family and friends.
