I am so excited to share with you this delicious recipe of how to make Tunisian Fish balls - Seafood This recipe went viral on my food blog the day I posted it & I love it that so many viewers fell in love with it.
It is similar to the Moroccan version that my Mom made and very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. plus 13oz of white fish ( Sole, Cod, Snapper, Sea Bass)
2 Eggs
1 large Onion
ALL THE INGREDIENTS BELOW CAN BE PURCHASED ON MY AMAZON SHOP
FOR TOMATO SAUCE
Or 2 cups water
DO NOT ADD SALT, AS FISH SAUCE IS VERY SALTY
HARISSA INGREDIENTS
Mix all ingredients in a food processor to the consistency of a paste
