The Original Tahini

INGREDIENTS 

1+1/2 cup raw Tahini (no roasted Tahini)

2 cups ice water

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.

1-2 garlic cloves

For decoration-

Olive oil

Fresh chopped parsley

How to make

Add all ingredients except decoration ingredients to the food processor.

Mix all ingredients until smooth and no lumps.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle a few drops of olive oil and chopped parsley.
