The Sweet Lovers Soup.

INGREDIENTS

1 large butternut squash, cut to cubes.

10 baby carrots, cubed.

2 large, sweet potatoes, cubed.

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced.

3 large garlic cloves, chopped.

5 celery sticks, cubed.

1 large onion, sliced.

1 Tbsp. soup powder.

1/2 tsp.. salt

1/8 tsp.. black pepper

1 large tomato

2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

2 Tbsp. parsley

2 Tbsp. thyme

TO MAKE

Place onions in a pot and oil, cook for 6-7 minutes to brown.

Add garlic and herbs, mix in,

Add shredded tomatoes to the pot

Add all orange vegetables, cover & cook for 30 minutes

In the meantime, chop celery sticks, add to the pot.


Chopp herbs & add with spices to the pot

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & cook for one hour.

When vegetables are soft mash them with a masher.

Enjoy this sweet soup for lovers and pass it on.
