Gluten free Tahini Bread

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

1 cup raw Tahini

1/2-3/4 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp Syrup (honey, agave, date syrup)

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. baking soda

For decoration;-

1/2 cup walnuts

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

optional - dry herbs such as Oregano, Marjoram, dill

TO MAKE

Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl except decoration ingredients & and mix to knead well for 10 minutes on #1 speed.

line up a baking pan with parchment paper.

make sure to level the batter in the pan

Use a knife to chop the walnuts coarsely.

Sprinkle nuts and sesame seeds on top of batter

Bake at 300 F or 148C for about 40-50 minutes.
