Challah dinner rolls for shabbat

INGREDIENTS
For the dough-:
3.5 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/4 cup vegetables oil
1 large egg
1 cup Lukewarm water
For brush-:
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 tsp water
TO MAKE
Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix to knead well for 10 minutes on #1 speed.
let rest for one hour.
Poke the dough to get rid of some air, roll dough to open.
Divide to 20 equal pieces.
Flour a baking pan.
Roll each piece of dough to a log in the size of 12” and tie like it shows in this picture.
Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds if choosing
Place 4 cups to create height to avoid dough sticking to the towel.
Bake bread at 350F (180C) until golden brown.
