INGREDIENTS

For the mushrooms cream

1 large onion, chopped.

8 oz. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans of mushrooms

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 garlic, minced.

2 Tbsp. dill, chopped.

1 cup whip cream or plant base

2 cups milk or plant base milk

1/2-1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

2 Tbsp. corn starch

Mozzarella -optional

TO MAKE


For the potatoes-;

Bake the potatoes first-

Mix all potatoes ingredients,

Bake 400F for 30 minutes.

set aside.


Cook the onions for 5-6 minutes, add garlic, mix well.

Add the mushrooms, cook for another 6-7 minutes.

Add the milk, increase the heat to boil, add a little corn starch and cold whip cream.

reduce and mix

Add nutmeg, mix, cook a few more minutes.

Transfer the mushrooms mixture to the potatoes and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

Let it cool down after the oven, but serve warm as a side dish, enjoy and share with family and friends, remember to add your name to our subscribers list to receive my monthly recipe.
