INGREDIENTS

😊All ingredients are Kosher and can be purchased on my Amazon Kosher shop except perishables items: -

1 cup whole milk

2/3 cup sugar

3 egg yolks

1 vanilla bean sleeve

2.5 Tbsp corn starch

2.25 Tbsp. unsalted butter

TO MAKE

First slice the vanilla Bean and scrape the seeds inside than add to a sauce pot.

Preheat oven to 400F, add metal bean chain or poke the base of the crust with a fork, bake 12-15 minutes until brown.

Add all other ingredients except the butter.

Stir with a whisk all the time to avoid lumps.

when the cream starts getting thick, remove from heat and add butter, mix untill butter melts completely.

When the crust is ready, remove heavy bean necklace, and remove from oven & let it cool completely.

Get the berries ready.

To assemble the cake- spread pâtissier cream and add all berries on top.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Enjoy and share to your family and friends.
