INGREDIENTS
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup water
1-star anis
cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp. cardamom
5-7 dry prunes
3 dry figs
1/4 cup Rasins
3/4 cup sugar
2 slices of lemon with skin, no seeds
3 green pears, cut to halves

TO MAKE
place all ingredients except the pears in a pot,
Do not peel off pears, cut in half and carve out all seeds.
Take the pears out
Uncover the pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Serve pear with sauce & fruits drizzled on top.
Enjoy and share to your family and friends.
