INGREDIENTS

For the dough-:

4 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp. baking powder

2 sticks minus 2 Tbsp. salted butter

1 cup sour cream

1/2-2/3 cup water

For the filling-

1+1/2 cup feta cheese

2 cups mozzarella

2 Tbsp. Dry herbs (optional)

Shred the Mozzarella cheese and add 1 egg and any herbs that you would like, mix well.

Divide dough to two parts, use a rolling pin to open the dough flat and fold into triangle, then close tight each triangle with a fork. add 1 tsp. of the cheese mixture to each square.

Pinch the triangle with a fork to glue the two sides together.

Brush the triangles with egg and bake at 350F (180C).

Roll to open the second half of the dough, deep a cup to shape to circles.
