INGREDIENTS
1 lb. chicken thighs or chicken breast, thinly sliced
1-2 egg , mixed
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 cup gluten free flour
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Half lemon, sliced.
1 Tbsp. flax meal (to help bind the crumbs)
vegetable oil spray.
