INGREDIENTS

For Bobka dough

4 - 41/2 Cups flour

1 Tbsp. dry yeast

4 eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

2 sticks unsalted butter

1/3 cup sugar

Filling for Bobka-

1 cup cinnamon or 1 cup cocoa powder.

1 cup sugar

2 sticks unsalted butter

For syrup-

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp. orange water blossom
