INGREDIENTS

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 large eggs

1 + 3/4 cup flour

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

4 large apples cubed small.

4 oz. chocolate chips (optional).

4 oz. chopped nuts, (optional)
