1 lb. ground beef or lamb or a mix of both

1 large onion, chopped

1 tsp. Ras Al Hanut(recipe in the spice mixes category)

1 Tbsp. Harissa (recipe in the spreads category)

1 tsp. corriander seeds , ground

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

For the roasted vegetables-

3 small tomatoes

3 small onions

3 bell peppers
