Moroccan Meatballs, Peas, Artichoke & Preserved lemons

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients-:
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. meat balls spice mix
1/2 of a preserved lemon, sliced.
4-6 garlic cloves, sliced
2 cups water
2 small bags of frozen artichoke hearts
21/2 cups frozen green peas
1 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
Do not add salt! Taste the final thing before you add salt.
TO MAKE
I chose to shred a zuchini to help soften the meatballs.
Add the oil & garlic & cook for one minute.
In a large bowl mix the meat, zucchini & spices, mix well.
Add the egg, spice mix.
