Freshly squeezed lemon juice- from a half lemon
Salmon fish- about 5lb. (2.5 Kilo)
A large bowl filled halfway with cold water +1 tbsp lemon juice
RECIPE
Slice fish alongside to 6 equal long and skinny stips
In a large bowl fill up halfway with water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, mix well
Add all 6 fish strips, soak for 5 minutes
Transfer 3 pieces of the Salmon to a baking tray, braid into a simple challah
This is where it is important to watch the video to see a Bake at a detailed demonstration of the Salmon braiding.
Make sure that while you are braiding the skin side of the Salmon is facing down
Mix all marinade ingredients and brush fish well.
Let sit for a few minutes for the fish to soak in all the flavors
Bake at preheated oven on broil for about 12 minutes
