Chocolate Challah

INGREDIENTS

For the dough-

1/2 cup warm water

1 Tbsp. yeast

1/4 cup honey

3 large eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 +1/4 tsp. salt

3 +3/4 cups flour

For the chocolate filling-

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup melted chocolate chip


  • TO MAKE



Make the dough, add all dough ingredients and mix for 8-10 minutes.

Let the dough rise for 1.5 hour

Mix the chocolate ingredients

Close the dough by pinching both sides to create a roll.

Remove towel before baking

Enjoy and share with family and friends.
