INGREDIENTS

This amount yields 12 servings, you might consider making only Half of the ingredients list.

2.2 lb. semolina

3 packages of ready plain couscous/no spices

2 litter milk

7oz, unsalted butter

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup sugar or more

TO MAKE

Run semolina flour through the sieve

Add all semolina and semolina flour to a pot, add milk & sugar, bring to a boil.

Mix semolina with a whisk all the time.

when the mixture gets thick remove from heat, serve with butter & cinnamon.
