Marinated Salmon Fish & Zaa’tar Vegetables In Cilantro Tahini

INGREDIENTS

All ingredients can be ordered on my amazon shop except perishble items-;

For the Salmon marinade-:

4 Salmon fillets

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

For the herbed Tahini-;

1/3 cup raw Tahini

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 -1/3 cup cilantro

1/2 tsp. salt

For the Zaa’tar vegetble salad-;

1 fresh tomatoe

1 small cucumber

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Zaa’tar

3 Tbsp. sesame oil for the frying


TO MAKE

Mix all marinade ingredients.

Pour the marinade over the Salmon, set aside.

Transfer to a food processor all the cilantro Tahini ingredients, mix for one minute, open & taste, you might need to add salt or lemon juice, mix for another minute.

Transfer to a small bowl, refrigerate until serving.

Add sesame oil to a wide pan, heat to meduim.

Cook 2 minutes on one side,

Cook one minutes on the otehr side.

Turn off the heat, cover and leave covered for one minute.

Transfer to a large plate, cover until ready to serve.

Chop the salad ingredients.

Sprinkle the sald vegetables with olive oil, lemon juice and Zaa’tar.

I served this delicious Salmon on cooked quinoa bed and added salad.

Optional- drizzle the cilantro Tahini on the Salmon and vegetables.
