INGREDIENTS

For the Salmon marinade-:
4 Salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
For the herbed Tahini-;
1/3 cup raw Tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 -1/3 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
For the Zaa’tar vegetble salad-;
1 fresh tomatoe
1 small cucumber
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Zaa’tar
3 Tbsp. sesame oil for the frying
