Ingredients-:
1 medium pumpkin
3/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 large onionsor 4 small onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
1 tsp. Ras Al Hanut (recipe in spices category)
1/2 cup pecans or walnurs
5 karge garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. chilli flax
1/2 pound ground beef
TO MAKE
Mix constantly
