Torta Capuchina for Passover Gluten & dairy Free.

Since I am a gluten free chef by choice, I have to say that I am realy proud of this cake that I created. it is a great option to serve for Passover meal, it is without flour and has no dairy if you use a plant base butter. It is delicious and easy to make, for all of you chocolate lovers this is a great option for Passover desserts
