Tahini is a great easy recipe to serve a large crowd. In 2015 Chef Yaffa won the best Hummus recipe in Colorado, and chef Yaffa’s recipe for Tahini was the best seller of all her food products in her restaurant and catering company. Tahini is easy and a light appetizer to enjoy with wedges of vegetables or crackes.
