Purim Sephardic Savory Bread

INGREDIENTS

For the dough-:

2.2lb. flour

1+1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

1 cup chopped almonds or almond flour.

2/3 cup raisins

1 Tbsp. anis seeds

1/4 tsp. salt

2+1/4 cups like warm water

1 cup sugar

6-8 hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup almonds, sliced, for decoration.

1 egg for brush

TO MAKE

Place first 11 ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix to knead well for 10 minutes on #1 speed. let rest for one hour.
