Chef Yaffa's Tasty Shakshuka

INGREDIENTS
6 ripped Tomatoes
5 garlic cloves
2-4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Harissa (see recipe in spreads)
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
TO MAKE
Chop garlic to small pieces
Place oil and garlic in a pan, cook while stirring 2 minutes, careful not to burn
cube fresh tomatoes.
Add to pan, cook for 5 minutes.
Cover & cook on low for 30 minutes, mash tomatoes.
Add spices & eggs, cover 7 cook for 7-10 minutes until eggs are cooked .
Keep pan covered until serving.
Serve one egg and part of the cooked tomatoes with crispy fresh bread.
